Tradition, served daily
Inside Hotel 4 Stinët, in Vlorë’s Kushtrim neighbourhood, Restorant 4 stinët cooks seafood and traditional Albanian dishes the way guests remember them. The fish soup is what people talk about most, followed by seafood linguine, grilled fish with vegetables and a Greek salad dressed in good olive oil. Guests say the chef regularly comes out to ask how everything was.

From the grill
Orata grilled whole and served with peppers, courgette and aubergine from the same grill. For meat there is pork steak with grilled vegetables, beef steak and chicken fillet, or, as one guest ordered, a T-bone with fries.
The menu
Fresh on the side
The mixed fresh salad and the Greek salad with feta are two of the most popular plates here: crisp leaves, red onion, cucumber and olives, finished with an olive oil one guest called simply lovely.
